I’ve always been passionate about education and skills, but things got interesting when I started working with the OECD. Analysing how education and the labour market connect, I got increasingly interested in understanding how employers’ needs are changing – especially because they are changing fast.

I had the opportunity to contribute to the G20 education report for 2023 by analysing how governments are preparing their workforce for the future of work. Now, my focus is all about the needs of employers. I’ve been studying what employers are demanding in the midst of the green and AI transitions.
